Negotiations have recently been concluded to start a 6 unit rental project in Fort Walton Beach. Construction is scheduled to start in August 2015 with completion in February 2016. This phase of the construction may include additional parking and playgrounds for the residents. When fully developed there will be approximately 44 rental units.
